Wednesday, July 29, 2009Midland County Public Policy Examiner: "According to a lawsuit filed by the Alliance Defense Fund, a legal alliance of Christian attorneys, a New York woman named Catherina DeCarlo was forced to perform a late-term abortion against her will.
The lawsuit alleges that the hospital knew of the woman's religious objections but forced her to participate in the procedure or face losing her job and possibly her nursing license."
