Student pro-life group, Wayne State University settle lawsuit (MLive.com)

www.MLive.com:  "A yearlong lawsuit between Wayne State University and a student right-to-life group has been settled.

WSU Students For Life filed suit last year because the group charged the university for not allowing the same access to student fees given to other student groups.

In 2008, a Students for Life member filed a request to fund events for the group's Pro-Life Week. University officials denied the request 'because of the spiritual and religious programming references in the cover letter.'"
