Church drops lawsuit against Broome Community College (News 10)

News 10: "The story begins back in September.
The North Pointe Church had been renting space at Broome Community College for about six months. Then one day in February, they got a call from the college, telling them their doors were no longer open.
'We were shocked and taken back cause we had no idea and come to find out they had policy in place that would not allow a religious group there Sunday morning,' said Kenny Mulligan, a pastor at the church.
With no place to worship the church knew it was in trouble, and asked for legal help.
'This case was about one group being targeted and excluded because they were a religious organization. When public money is spent everyone should be treated fairly and equally, religious or not religious organization,' said Raymond Dague, the church's attorney."
