Kevin Theriot serves as senior counsel with the Alliance Defense Fund at its Kansas City Regional Service Center in Kansas, where he heads litigation efforts to protect and preserve the right of churches and other ministries to be free from unconstitutional government regulation and intrusion. He is admitted to the bar in seven states, the U.S. Supreme Court, and numerous other federal courts of appeal and district courts. Theriot received his law degree from Vanderbilt University and has been litigating First Amendment issues since 1993.
