SAN FRANCISCO — The ProtectMarriage.com legal team released a statement Tuesday on a decision and order issued by U.S. District Chief Judge James Ware in the Perry v. Brown lawsuit before the U.S. District Court for the Northern District of California, San Francisco Division.

“The ProtectMarriage.com legal team obviously disagrees with today’s ruling,” said Charles J.
